We know how important food is on a ski holiday, after all, you need lots of fuel to get you up and down those mountains! We take great care in choosing our chefs and working with them to create a menu that we know our guests will love. We ensure that all dietary requirements are catered for so that everyone can enjoy their meals with us. This year we are thrilled to welcome our amazing chef Nick back for the third year. With more than 15 years of 3 rosette experience Nick is an incredible addition to the Mountain Lodge team.

Nick loves snowboarding, surfing and photography which is why he decided to come to Morzine in the first place, but his main passion is food. This love of cooking oozes out in his creativity, personality and his delicious menus. Fish is his favourite thing to cook “I love the skill it takes to cook fish – it’s technically really difficult”. This winter we will have trout from the local farm here in Morzine on the menu along with local Savoyarde cheeses.

You will start your day with a hearty breakfast including a cooked option, croissants, fruit, porridge and continental extras daily. Fresh coffee and a selection of teas will be served along side and we can plan your day on the slopes with route and lunch stop ideas for you (2 mornings will be continental only).

After your day on the slopes you will be picked up in our private minibuses and greeted with afternoon tea of freshly baked cakes and biscuits each day….why not ask for a hot chocolate too?!

Feeling relaxed after a soak in the hot tub you will be treated to a 3 course dinner served in our spectacular dining room with its beautiful views of the mountains (5 evenings catered). One of Rich’s favourite jobs is choosing all of our wine for you to enjoy with your meal. Whether you fancy red or white we spend time selecting the best wines for our guests. And of course, here at the Mountain Lodge it’s free flowing!

Our chef caters for all dietary requirements so just let us know before you arrive.

We can arrange for an early kids dinner which includes a home cooked 2 course dinner. Just let us know if this is something you need.

If you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay with us then we can arrange for a special cake and champagne to be waiting on your return from the slopes.
